Ventura Corporate Towers

Our center is located in the 14th of the AAA building Ventura Corporate Towers, a skyscraper composed of two twin towers, downtown, Rio de Janeiro, in front of the Metropolitan Cathedral. By meeting the various sustainable requirements, it received the Leed (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the American NGO U.S. Green Building Council.

The building makes intelligent and rationalized use of water and energy, control of waste disposal and recycling. It also uses a special glasses which guarantees natural light without heating the interior. The tower has 140 meters of height, counting on 5 basements, 36 floors and heliport. It is close to banks, restaurants, hotels and public transportation. It offers:
